SITA RECYCLING POLYMERS - VERNIE
SITA Recycling Polymers is a SITA Recyclage subsidiary specialised in collecting, processing and recovering PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) waste produced by a variety of industrial sectors (building, printing, carpentry, extrusion, injection, etc.).
The Vernie SITA Recycling Polymers site buys end-of-life PVC and production scraps to industrials in order to give them a second life.
PVC waste is collected directly on the production sites thanks to three different types of adapted containers:
- Metal cells (can be folded): capacity of up to 3 m3
- Bins and moving floors: 30-to 90 m3 capacity
- Big Bags: capacity of up to 2 m3
PREPARING FOR THE RECYCLING PROCESS: SORTING, CRUSHING, MICRONISATION AND GRANULATION
In order to be reused by industrials, the PVC waste is transformed into directly usable products.
The PVC waste products are sorted by technical criteria and then transformed by crushing, micronisation and granulation.
SITA Recycling Polymers sells the secondary raw materials resulting from recycling PVC to industrials in France and abroad so that they can then use them in their production chain.
A LARGE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS
Each recycled product sold by SITA Recycling Polymers in Vernie has to submit to quality controls at various stages of its production chain. SITA Recycling Polymers sells its own product models that the industrials can use in extrusion or co-extrusion.
- The Nextpro® range (PVC granules),
- the Nextcal® range (crushed PVC) and
- the Nextub® range (micronized PVC).
