SITA Spécialités deals with all of SITA's hazardous waste activities, including decontamination and soil remediation. SITA Spécialités is also responsible for technical expertise and the optimisation of the running of energy from waste facilities. SITA Spécialités plays its part in the management of major development projects related to renewable energies.
- Solids and contaminated soils sector: works on stabilising hazardous waste and storing it in hazardous waste disposal centres as well as contaminated soils and deposits.
- Liquids and Energy sector: concentrates on treating and recovering energy from hazardous waste.
- Services and logistics sector: dedicated to developing an upstream integrated offer of treatment at the customer's service as a response to the issues of diffuse hazardous waste.
